POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated, people-centric leader to manage our HR Service Center. This role is critical to deliver consistent, high-quality service experience for all 14,000 employees across the organization and the achievement of our goal to deliver a world-class experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about people, operational excellence, and continuously improving the way we support our workforce. This leader will guide a team of HR representatives to resolve employee inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency, and will be responsible for service delivery metrics, improving usage/accuracy of knowledge management, and employee satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and Develop Team: Coach, mentor and manage a team of HR representatives to deliver exceptional service.
  • Champion Employee Experience: Advocate for, and ensure the delivery of, a seamless, people-centric HR experience across all HR touchpoints.
  • Drive Service Excellence: Monitor and analyze case data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and experience.
  • Foster a Listening & Feedback Culture: Gather and act on employee feedback to continually refine service center operations and support a culture of listening
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and improve employee outcomes.
  • Strengthen Knowledge Management: Collaborate with knowledge management ream to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and employee friendly.
  • Technology + Tool Adoption and Improvement: Partner on the optimization of systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, case management tools) to enhance service delivery.
  • Communication: Foster a culture of transparency, empathy, and consistency in all employee interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a customer service environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Deep commitment to employee experience and service mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
  • Experience with case management systems and HRIS platforms (ServiceNow HRSD, Workday and UKG preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with a high degree of empathy and discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with knowledge base or digital assistant tools.
  • Change management or Lean/Six Sigma experience.
  • Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
