Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Project Management/Principal Project Management professional to support our Triton Program located in San Diego, CA.
Under direction and leadership of the Triton Program Integration Team Manager and assigned IPT Lead, this role will lead the project management and program integration activities across the team. It is important that the IPT Program Integrator engages in the program’s rhythms, be able to keep up with changing circumstances and motivates the IPT’s team to achieve common goals for the benefit of the program.
IPT Program Integrator will work closely with the Program Integration Team and IPT Lead to drive IPT efficiency and resolve operational gaps. This role is responsible to ensure alignment of the program rhythms within the IPT planning, executing, monitoring, and developing program reporting to support efficiencies within the IPT and ultimately first-time quality products. This role needs to ensure that the team operates smoothly and produces deliverables that are on time and on budget as stated and planned by program.
It is critical to monitor progress, deadlines, schedules and any EVMS requirements (as applicable) as they are critical tasks that feed into the program status reporting for the Customer. IPT Program Integrator will be assigned specific areas within the team that require close collaboration with the technical leads to manage and support EVMS reporting. This includes the management risks and opportunities within the IPT.
The IPT Program Integrator builds relationships and communicates closely with the Program Planning Manager, PIT Managers, Business Managers, Program Managers, IPT’s and Functional Leads thus ensuring the integrity of the program baseline for that IPT and effectively meets the team’s commitments and program’s financial goals.

Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00Salary Range 2: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
