The Role

Your expertise in operational management, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring the seamless execution of various programs and initiatives. As the Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with different departments to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and strategy. You will also gather and analyze data to inform decision-making processes, helping to prepare reports and presentations that will be utilized in key meetings. Your capacity to multitask and prioritize critical tasks will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outputs. Additionally, your role will involve maintaining and enhancing organizational systems and processes, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and serving as a critical point of contact for internal stakeholders. In addition to this the role supporting the CFO organization, the role will play a part in ensuring operational excellence in Lumen’s adoption of AI.

The Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operations and strategic planning tasks
• Develop and enhance organizational systems and administrative processes to improve efficiency – specifically in the Chief of Staff space
• Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief of Staff
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and briefings
• Help to create a best-in-class workforce across engagement, employee development and our leadership development program
• Serve as a liaison between the Chief of Staff and other departments
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and communicate progress updates
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision-making processes

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
