Your Job
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a General Manager to lead and transform our EarthKraft® Mailers business—a high-growth venture within our Packaging & Cellulose segment. With manufacturing operations at three key locations—Jonestown, PA, McDonough, GA, and Tolleson, AZ—this position provides an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer success in sustainable packaging solutions.
As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our vision to help the world shift from plastic to paper by applying Georgia-Pacific’s unique capabilities and fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and innovation. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Commercialization, you will have full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to lead a high-performing team, develop and execute strategic roadmaps, and deliver exceptional value for employees, customers, and society.
