We are looking for a new team member to support us with our mission as an experienced Talent Attraction Business Partner, you will adapt quickly to a new environment and operate independently from day one, complementing our growing Talent Attraction team with your candidate-centric mindset. This person will own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across LATAM region. The main focus will be Mexico, but it will also support other countries in Latin America and Europe.

Other Responsibilities:

Leverage all tools, KPIs and methods of the recruiting portfolio (incl. active sourcing) to identify, assess and select the right candidates

Deliver slates of qualified and diverse talents for current and anticipated roles in the organization.

Ensure every candidate/hiring manager has a positive experience throughout the entire hiring cycle. You will also build strong relationships with HRBPs, HR CoEs and the business. In this role you will be reporting to the GTA Leader.

Conduct competency based and cultural mindset focused interviews, initiate online assessments and interpret the results, create offers and trigger contract creation

Provide accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.

Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.

Requirements:

Relevant experience recruiting all levels of talent across a range of functions as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an RPO model is required, specially manufacturing positions.

Extensive experience in candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories and concepts with ability educate hiring managers on conducting behavior-based interviewing and compliant candidate selection practices.

Demonstrated success in the use of social media and sourcing tools in addition to LinkedIn

Proven experience in sourcing.

Extensive knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Authentic, empathetic, curious, courageous

Fluency in English & Spanish, Portuguese is desirable

Preferred

Experience in Pharmaceutical industry strongly desired
