We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Owner to join our Software Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful product initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the voice of the customer, utilizing a human-centered design approach to shape and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead the definition and prioritization of user stories, aligning product development with customer needs and business goals.
• Validate ideas and solutions through iterative feedback loops to inform timely strategic decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and leadership to ensure the product team consistently delivers high-value outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and decision-making across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and drive innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and shared understanding of product direction.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Lead the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Software Product Management.
• Strong expertise in Product Innovation Strategy.
• Working knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
