Summary of the role:

As a part of Loyalty Product Management Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven, and personalized loyalty experiences. You will manage a portfolio of loyalty features—including points accrual engines, tier management, promotions, partner integrations, gamification, and many more—delivering value through continuous iteration.

To design, deliver, and evolve innovative loyalty solutions that create meaningful, long-term engagement between the brands and customers. By deeply understanding user behavior, business goals, and market trends, Loyalty Product Manager ensures our platform continuously enables clients to reward, retain, and grow their customer base through scalable, data-driven, and personalized loyalty experiences.

In this role, you'll have a chance to:

  • Work autonomously within defined processes, procedures, or methodologies; take standard decisions and support the development of solutions to complex, recurring problems.
  • Receive instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior roles or a manager, with regular monitoring on the status of assignments.
  • Apply specialized formal education or equivalent work experience, along with the required technical and functional skills and a basic understanding of the business.
  • Articulate and develop value propositions and key messages based on problem statements, and translate them into new product concepts or upgrades.
  • Define the product strategy, vision, and business value in alignment with business owners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze competitors' solution offerings and define the strategic positioning of the product in coordination with Product Marketing Management.
  • Manage third-party partnerships, including requirement definition and prioritization, product evolution coordination, and other partner-related activities.
  • Engage Amadeus teams in the product vision, share knowledge, and ensure mutual understanding of business objectives.
  • Support co-innovation with customers to validate value drivers, define product features (MVP and beyond), and prioritize based on effort and expected business value.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap; socialize and align timelines with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market), and R&D teams to set priorities and plan releases.
  • Coordinate functional and technical streams with R&D teams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
  • Manage the budget for your area of responsibility, including capacity planning with R&D.
  • Participate in Agile events (Lean Portfolio Management, PI planning, System demos, Inspect and Adapt workshops) when applicable or required.
  • When applicable, fulfill the role of Product Owner or ART Product Manager and collaborate with R&D teams to maximize agile outcomes.
  • Ensure that released solutions meet user needs and comply with product readiness guidelines.

About the ideal candidate;

  • University degree in Science, Business, Product Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Product Management/Product Marketing practices / in managing B2B Software Products or SaaS
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience in customer facing professional positions.
  • Experience in Airline Industry or loyalty/CRM industry is a plus
