We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Process Analyst to join our Business Operations team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you'll play a key part in reviewing, mapping, and enhancing our internal processes to improve productivity, compliance, and customer outcomes. You’ll bring your expertise in process optimisation and change management to a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

What you’ll do

  • Own and maintain Tyro’s process standards and process inventory
  • Support the management of the critical process framework
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of current business processes, controls, and workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable process improvements
  • Design and document enhanced processes and control measures
  • Create clear, detailed process documentation including flowcharts and diagrams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand operational needs
  • Collaborate with teams to validate new processes prior to roll-out
  • Monitor post-implementation process performance and iterate where required
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new or updated processes
  • Support the internal audit/review process by maintaining accurate process models
  • Contribute to the prioritisation and approval process for system enhancements and upgrades

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a Process Analyst or similar role, within the banking or financial services sector (essential)
  • Sound understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to visualise and communicate complex processes clearly
  • Experience with process modelling tools and techniques
  • A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change adoption
