We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our Marcom LA Design Team. In this role you will collaborate with a group of design creatives, brand managers, project managers, producers, as well as cross-functional and external partners. We work to create and craft identities for Apple’s services. With a focus on developing distinctive campaigns that are unmistakably Apple, the ACD will steward the look of a handful of services.
Craft innovative, inspiring identities and campaigns for Apple’s services, products and events — as well as providing guidance, and direction for other creatives. The ACD provides cross functional communication and direction that can inspire others and win over stakeholders. They are adept at evaluating complex briefs and are comfortable presenting work at all levels. They have experience directing both large and small teams of creatives and are accomplished in developing a healthy and vibrant creative team atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and oversee the conceptual development and execution of campaigns that meet the strategic requirements outlined in the brief. - Contribute to all projects from planning and initial ideation, through final delivery of production. - Establish and optimize foundational identity systems for Apple Services that drive multiple campaigns through the year. - Provide direction, oversight, and leadership to project teams, responding swiftly to new information, and adjusting strategically when needed. - Drive collaboration cross functionally — establishing relationships, rapport and credibility within the creative community, senior leadership and executive team. - Conduct regular reviews of creative work with the project team and key partners. - Collaborate closely with vendors, illustrators, photographers, motion and graphic designers by providing art direction, guidance, and feedback.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
