Job Description

This role is primarily responsible to support recruiters with sourcing, interviewing, systems administration, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation in Talent Acquisition function.

  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for open requisitions. This includes updating the status of applicants through the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and continuous pipelining for open requisitions.
  • Perform administrative recruitment activities such as, formatting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through different job portals
  • Facilitate effective communication between the candidates and hiring managers by providing regular updates to the concerned parties.
  • Track candidate interview information based on the given tracking system.
  • Coordinate with candidates to ensure timely completion and compliance on pre-employment requirements.
  • Ensure endorsement of successful candidates to onboarding team.
  • Perform routine tasks in compliance with internal control, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Business Management or other related courses
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar function
  • Experience with sourcing tools and best practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g; Boolean search, talent mapping)
  • Exposure to talent acquisition/candidate sourcing techniques, tools, applicant tracking systems, web job portals such as Linkedin, JobStreet, SmartRecruiters, and other similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with professional networking via Linkedin, social media, events, and other similar platforms.
  • Related experience in administrative Talent Acquisition/Recruitment processes in an outsourcing or shared services business model through internship is preferred
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
