  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • Knowledge of healthcare projects, including health codes and Health Department standards
  • Experience in facility design

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Architect/Manager who will be involved in all aspects of various projects. The primary focus will be on small to medium-sized projects, with occasional involvement in larger scale endeavors. The projects primarily involve Healthcare, Educational, and Laboratory settings, utilizing both Revit and AutoCAD. The candidate will interface with clients, coordinate project teams, and engage in design activities.

Responsibilities

  • Run the architectural project team
  • Coordinate all disciplines on projects: MEP, Electrical, Interior Design, and Architecture
  • Develop work plans and deadlines
  • Develop project budgets
  • Set up internal and client team meetings
  • Design floor plan layouts
  • Research and strategize with new market information
  • Determine client needs and design requirements
  • Engage in construction administration and document preparation
  • Manage project coordination and oversee construction drawings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $45.67/hr.
