Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team, specializing in commercial projects with a strong preference for healthcare. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and will be responsible for creating construction documents, designing, and collaborating with the team on various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs.
  • Conduct design workshops to translate concepts into practical solutions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design and drafting purposes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability in design projects.
  • Design sector-specific projects including healthcare, living, educational, and commercial spaces.
  • Engage in master planning and tenant improvements.
  • Maintain communication with clients and incorporate their feedback into designs.
  • Work closely with interior designers, engineers, and other team members.
  • Participate in a hybrid work environment.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong architectural design skills.
  • Experience in creating construction documents.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare projects is preferred.
  • Ability to engage in master planning and tenant improvements.

Work Environment

The work environment is flexible, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The office spans three separate floors, each dedicated to different disciplines, fostering an open concept for collaboration. The role involves working on high-profile healthcare projects across the country.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
