The Herbert College of Agriculture at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is looking for vibrant, dynamic individuals interested in working in a team environment dedicated to student success. The Student Success Advisor fulfills a vital role in providing comprehensive academic advising and supporting holistic student success for undergraduate students pursuing or interested in majors or minors within the Herbert College of Agriculture.
The position is an exempt, 12-month, full-time, non-tenure track staff position that provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of UTK’s advising strategic plan that integrates academic and career advising with self-exploration, leadership, and experience learning.
This is an on-campus position with some hybrid/remote work schedule flexibility.

About The College/Department/Division Herbert College of Agriculture has the benefit of being part of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture (UTIA), which is particularly devoted to the University’s land grant mission through its AgResearch and UT Extension units, both of which provide historically strong links with businesses in and out of the state.
