Jr. HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Production

What you will do

  • Support the Senior HR Business Partners in translating the Business and HR strategies into an executable HR agenda
  • Partner with the Senior HR Business Partners of the Fab to support all matters relating to people, organization structure and leadership
  • Liaise with works council on various topics whenever requested
  • Learn to own, manage and accurately report workforce and forecast planning for the fab
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partners in driving change management, organization design and people development
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to drive fact-based decisions
  • Initiate and lead discussions on HR policies and procedures improvement to ensure that they are up to date, business enabling practices
  • Proactively stay informed of human resources trends and tendencies and how these can be beneficial for the business

What you will need

  • Master’s degree in Business or Management studies, preferably with focus on HR Management
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a production environment
  • Proven success in effectively influencing leaders at all levels
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Operationally efficient, strategically credible and working as a highly competent, trustworthy individual
  • Able to predict and respond to the needs of the supported businesses
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as Change Management experience
  • Able to resolve conflicts in business environment constructively
  • A pragmatic, results orientated individual with a collaborative approach to providing business enabling HR solutions
  • At ease within a matrix management environment and able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and to cope with ambiguity
  • Awareness of cultural differences and adapts behavior accordingly
  • An energetic, "can do" approach, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong hands-on mentality and relentless pursuit of progress and achievement of goals
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both oral and written
