Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the line manager to analyze existing unsecured loan products, identify opportunities to update features to better meet customer needs, and improve the efficiency of the sales process.
• Design and develop new loan products/features aligned to business goals
• Streamline and optimize the end-to-end U-loan and Card Loan onboarding process
• Work closely with Sales team, Training team, Tech, T&O, COO & other stakeholders on new projects or day to day operation issues
• Prepare for projects implementation, conduct UAT before project launch & post implementation monitoring
• Perform tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-5 years of sales or marketing experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge on unsecure loan business dynamics & customer onboarding process
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
