Position Overview:

Do you have a “customer-first” mindset and enjoy using your broad technical skills while working with business domain experts and application developers to bring advanced products to market and facilitating making the dream of home ownership a reality for millions of Americans?

You will support efforts to increase the efficiency and enhance the customer experience of IT products and services for our business teams. This includes working closely with domain aligned teams to optimize workflows and support the delivery of business solutions. We are searching for a technically savvy Business Relationship Management professional who enjoys interacting with both technical staff as well as business representatives.

  • We are the Ambassadors for Enterprise IT Services to our Business IT Divisions, advocating for the Business division interests back to the Enterprise IT Services
  • We collaborate with IT and business leadership and teams to advance our technical capabilities, remediate risk, and successfully deliver our most visible programs
  • We partner with all IT teams as well as business application teams to ensure the delivery of optimized solutions that enable Freddie Mac to bring new business capabilities to market
  • We bring diverse teams together and create partnerships while using our technical and interpersonal skills to enable effective progress and positive outcomes

Your Impact:

  • Delight our customers by providing efficient services, transparent communications and great customer support
  • Partner and collaborate with a wide spectrum of IT and business partners to influence effective workflow solutions and great customer experiences
  • Identify and champion opportunities for automation and efficiencies across the enterprise
  • Act as an honest broker between app and infra teams to ensure consistent and timely delivery of business priorities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience within Information Technology
  • 2+ years of experience in the following areas: CI/CD Pipeline, Cloud Computing, Containerization, Storage, Operating Systems, Middleware, Databases, Network, Business Resiliency, Information Security, Collaboration and Lifecycle Productivity Tools
  • 2+ years of full-lifecycle customer engagements, championing change and technical stakeholder engagement
  • 2+ years of customer engagement and efficiency improvements
  • 2+ years of effective communication (oral and written) and collaboration across teams in a matrixed environment

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
