Are you looking to launch your career in IT within a dynamic, international company? Join us at Cigna Healthcare as an IT Support Intern in our Madrid office and gain hands-on experience supporting our global team.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver IT support services to internal users as part of the IT Support team.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on technical issues related to systems applications, hardware, and software.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating when necessary.
  • Help ensure client satisfaction by following up on specific inquiries and support requests.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals and supervisors to determine the appropriate course of action when complex issues arise.
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
  • Support the creation of initial technical reports and analyses.
  • Learn how to apply standard techniques and procedures used in IT Support.
  • Receive coaching and guidance from experienced team members.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A strong interest in starting a career in IT Support.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
