Position: GTM Analyst

What will you do?

A day in the life of a GTM Analyst at The North Face looks a little like this.

As the Global GTM Analyst, you will support the planning and execution of the end-to-end One VF GTM Process for The North Face. This role is critical in ensuring our cross functional teams are aligned to deliver cohesive brand and commercial strategies to market. You will help manage timelines, tools, and communications, ensuring flawless coordination with cross functional operational leads, enabling seasonal readiness and global alignment.

You’ll work closely with global functional teams to coordinate inputs and outputs throughout the GTM lifecycle. Acting as a connector between departments, you’ll anticipate scheduling conflicts, track executional gaps, and help implement consistent and scalable GTM processes. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will help ensure global teams are aligned and equipped to execute each seasonal strategy.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Own, maintain, and update the GTM Library Sharepoint & Dashboard and shared documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist in managing the seasonal global GTM Milestone calendar, ensuring milestone inputs and outputs are tracked and communicated
  • Liaise with cross-functional operational partners to gain alignment on calendars and timelines, logistical decisions, and overall milestone readiness.
  • Coordinate logistics for global GTM meetings, including presentation development, agenda planning, meeting invites, attendee management, note-taking, and action tracking
  • Support the creation and distribution of seasonal GTM templates and tools including line architecture documents, product briefs, and market-facing toolkits
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Global GTM leader
  • Participate in seasonal milestone recaps and help identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Monitor milestone completion and proactively support teams in meeting deadlines

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.

  • Strong Communication: Clear, concise communication across all levels and functions
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational Agility: Track information, timelines, and deliverables with precision
  • Technological Fluency: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Smartsheet, Airtable, or project management tools a plus
  • Process-Minded: Adept at streamlining operations and driving efficient execution
  • Event Coordination: Capable of managing logistics and content for milestone meetings
  • Analytical Thinking: Able to support light reporting and data interpretation
  • Self-Starter: Takes initiative, identifies gaps, and brings forward solutions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across regions and time zones
  • Comfort with handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar tools is a plus
  • Interest in global business operations, product lifecycle, and the outdoor industry
  • Previous internship or experience in a marketing, merchandising, or operations-related role is a plus

Hiring Range:

$57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
