ABOUT THE ROLE
As a graphic designer with Sound, you’ll play a key role in delivering creative solutions that align with our brand’s visual identity. From initial concepts to final asset delivery, you’ll support a variety of initiatives across digital, print, and web. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team, producing a high volume of assets that drive business development and brand awareness.
THE DETAILS: This is a full-time, remote position. While open to candidates across the U.S., there is a strong preference for those located in the Pacific Time Zone, followed by Mountain, Central, and Eastern Time Zones.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce visually engaging infographics, charts, page layouts, and branded templates to clearly communicate technical information.
- Create a wide range of digital assets across multiple service lines, adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations, including custom maps, data visualizations, and embedded video content.
- Design animated videos, motion graphics, and static assets for use across social media platforms.
- Design and execute programmatic advertising campaigns and digital display ads.
- Contribute to the design and execution of trade show booth graphics and internal event materials.
- Collaborate on front-end web design projects including landing pages, campaign microsites, and interactive digital experiences.
- Manage and organize a digital asset library to ensure team-wide access and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align design with marketing and branding strategies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) in a Mac environment
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and tools such as After Effects, Canva, and Figma
- Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
- Front-end web design experience, including UX/UI understanding
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of print production processes and best practices
- Experience in trade show booth and event design
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign execution
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred; associate’s accepted
- 4 years of experience in a graphic or digital design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of asset types
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience and geographical location.
