Forvia Interiors Europe Division is seeking an HR Controller Apprentice, based in Méru (50 min from Paris Gare du Nord, 30 min from Cergy).

HR plays a key role in driving business performance through data. You’ll help turn workforce data into meaningful insights.

We design and produce full interior systems — instrument panels, door panels, smart surfaces, and center consoles — and lead the Group’s move toward sustainable materials.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

He/She will be working as support for Forvia Interiors Europe Division HR Controller, managing 12k+ employees across 13 countries.

  • Support monthly HR reporting: consolidate data, forecast HC evolution, track labor costs and HR KPIs.
  • Ensure data reliability and consistency and analyze key variances to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to budget and strategic planning through analyzing headcount and cost evolution to support the implementation of our global strategy.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR studies and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate across regional HR and Finance to ensure data alignment and process efficiency.

The position will start in September/October 2025.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Master’s student in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR analytics and workforce performance.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, enjoying structure while adapting to complexity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
  • Fluent in English (working language), French and Chinese are a plus.
