We’re looking for a Project Manager – Post Sales to join Ephesus Sports Lighting based in Syracuse, New York.

You will oversee project management functions related to Tier 1 claims and customer interactions. Your leadership will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet customer expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Project Oversight: Lead project management activities for Tier 1 claims, coordinating with Regional PMs, Tier 1 Manager and Teir 2 Field Quality Engineer to ensure timely execution.
  • Claim Resolution: Manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance with service guidelines and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits for projects, ensuring all requirements are met and documented.
  • Legal Review Coordination: Facilitate legal reviews for Tier 1 claims, escalating issues to Tier 1 Manager as necessary.
  • Weekly Calls: Organize and lead weekly post sales and failure analysis calls, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Tier 1 CSRs and FQE teams to maintain customer relationships and ensure project success.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation and ensure all team members have access to necessary information.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelors degree in communications, business, or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Proven experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $ 65,900 -$96,690

Bonus : 5%
