Position Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (e.g., carpentry, electrical and plumbing.) Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Oversees mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment. Maintains inventory of operational supplies. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections for needed repairs and safety hazards. Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience: 4-6 Years
Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry electrical and plumbing), five or more years
of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. 2 + years in a Team lead or supervisory experience.
Organizational and leadership skills
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Performance Foodservice
Operations
Associates/2-year technical
Business management or related technical/vocational
Preferred Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Trades, commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration system experience within foodservice industry. 3+ years Supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Computerized maintenance management systems or similar organization methods
Preferred Professional Certification(s): Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technical Certification; Ammonia refrigeration training and certification.
