Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager – Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing multiple projects within PwC. You will leverage your expertise in the technology sector to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic objectives while driving efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage and lead a team of professionals, ensuring best practices and the Evolved PwC Professional framework are embedded in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Management:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Lead project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, employing the Agile methodology and other project management best practices.

Foster a culture of accountability and innovative problem-solving within project teams.

Team Management and Development:

Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of project managers and technical experts, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate resources for continuous learning and development.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional Project Management certification PMP/PRINCE2 and ACP/SAFe/CSM is required, PgMP, PfMP and SAFe is additionally preferred.
  • 11+ years of experience in project management within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and more than 14 years of overall experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
