The Role

We're looking for a skilled Consulting Manager- OAC-BI Business/System Analyst with strong Credit Risk expertise. You'll design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, focusing on credit risk analytics and reporting using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) . In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust business intelligence solutions, with a particular focus on credit risk analytics and reporting. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting critical decision-making processes within our credit risk management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep Credit Risk functional knowledge to develop impactful BI solutions.
  • Lead Data Mapping (source to target) for accurate data flow into the data warehouse and OAC/OBIEE.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using OAC/OBIEE.
  • Work with large data warehouses to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Perform Complex Analytics on large datasets to identify credit risk trends and insights.
  • Design and implement ETL processes and data integration workflows.
  • Optimize OAC/OBIEE reports and data models for performance.
  • Collaborate with business users and credit risk analysts to deliver effective BI solutions.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in BI and analytics, BI reporting, Regulatory reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Hands on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Proficiency in MS/SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and performance tuning.
  • Strong programming experience with Python for data analysis.
  • Extensive experience with OAC DV Visualizations, RPD modelling, and OAC security.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience, especially in credit risk.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a nice to have

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client OR Cognizant office in Toronto, ON .
