Job Title: Senior Specialist, Procurement Compliance

Location: Isando, South Africa

Work Model: Hybrid

We seek a skilled professional for the role of Senior Specialist, Procurement Compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize governance, compliance, and procurement processes.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage procurement documents.
• Assist in AP/AR functions, conduct cost center reviews, and financial analysis.
• Monitor inventory, review expired stock, conduct SLOBS analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and implement internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance.
• 3-5 years in procurement with finance exposure in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP ERP experience required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement laws, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.
