The ROAR program helps young people develop critical skills to reach education and employment milestones and transform their relationships and connections to community. The Therapist will promote participant success and equity through culturally competent service delivery that meets the unique needs and experiences of young people involved in the criminal justice system. The therapist will have content expertise in youth development, trauma-informed care, gender-specific services, resiliency, and strengths-based dynamic assessment and service planning.
