A day in the life …
The position will play a central role in driving the continued evolution of our operational planning process. You’ll do this by shaping and influencing ways of working, driving for executional clarity, building alignment, influencing prioritization with consideration of value unlock, timing, sequencing, and impact. This role will also serve as a critical coordination point across multiple stakeholder groups, including business, product, and technology.
This position requires an experienced professional able to facilitate and drive ways of working in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be challenged to build in flexibility and rigor, simultaneously, into a still evolving process while keeping a strong tie to the OKRs established for the program.
As a Senior Manager, Program & Planning on the Enterprise Planning and Delivery team, you will play a critical, enterprise-level role flexing across the entire business, enabling senior leaders and their teams to develop and deliver their operating plans. You’ll do this by leading the program planning and alignment, being a thought leader as the team works to enable greater in-year flexibility, interpretation of technical program sizing, incorporating framing and managing to key resourcing constraints, and translate high level long-range plans into next year operational planning efforts. You'll also lead the analysis across the plans, helping to identify and solve for interdependencies - both in the planning and implementation phases. This requires a candidate that is a strong leader through influence, motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity. Someone with a unique blend of strategic thinking, program and project management, and problem-solving skills - both quantitative and qualitative.
The day-to-day work will include both oversight and influence through the team, as well as delivering compelling communications, developing effective processes, and meeting with operating leaders and teams. The candidate will need to be comfortable working across a variety of topics, including HR, merchandising, technology, finance, supply chain, marketing, stores, and digital, and at various altitudes - from high-level strategy to detailed KPI tracking. This position reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Planning & Delivery.

$126,500.00 - $210,000.00 Annual
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
