Executive/ Senior Executive, Human Resources (2+1 year contract)

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A filings, and other statutory submissions in coordination with payroll vendors.
    • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation with high accuracy.
    • Review and verify employee declarations, leave records, claims, and HR-related compliance documents.
    • Track confirmation periods, probation reviews, and support the performance appraisal process.
    • Ensure company policies and HR practices are compliant with the latest regulations under the Singapore Employment Act.
    • Liaise with external vendors for HR-related services such as insurance, training, and regulatory filings.
    • Assist in internal HR reporting, document preparation for audits, and implementation of HR initiatives.
    • Assist in the streamlining of HR workflows and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency
    • Provide administrative support including document filing, logistics coordination, and supporting internal communications.

Requirements

    • At least 5 years’ experience in a HR operations role, with direct experience managing the full suite of HR activities including payroll, recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and HR policy implementation
    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements is mandatory
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is mandatory
    • Meticulous, versatile and able to multitask
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage employee communications with sensitivity and confidentiality
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
