The primary area of responsibility is to coordinate and organize IT Department operations to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. The IT Operations Manager will oversee the operations team to perform critical IT functions related to tech support, permissions management, policy and procedure management, IT budgets, training, and new employee onboarding.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of management/supervisor experience, 5+ years related field experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management and Credit Union personnel. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities with limited direction. Ability to always maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Performance Standard:
Broad knowledge of Credit Union functions, practices, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate ability to effectively manage relationships and provide excellent customer service. Ability to work without supervision. Demonstrate a cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
