Pipedrive is searching for a Senior Data Scientist to join our engineering forces.

What you’ll do:
To reach our full potential, our team is searching for a Senior Data Scientist to join us in our mission to build the most epic sales software around. If you have a passion for data and a fascination with the practically applying machine learning techniques, this may be the role for you.

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing the ML/AI models for our intelligent data-driven solutions. In addition to applying machine learning to real-world scenarios, this will include analyzing and understanding product data and customer needs, experimenting with different prototypes, helping define the product strategy, and working closely with various engineering, product, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What we’re looking for:
You are expected to work independently and deliver high-quality ML/AI models in a timely manner across a variety of product engagements. You pride yourself on being an early adopter of powerful and fun tech, and aren’t the type to fall into the legacy software trap. You avoid this by consistently looking for ways to improve your stack and accuracy of models.

Required experience:
MSc degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field
Clear understanding of statistical, machine learning, and decision-making algorithms
Ability to design or conceptualize ML/AI solutions for customer problems
Python and SQL coding skills
Ability to think outside the box
Excellent teamwork skills
Fluent English language skills are a must

Deploying machine learning algorithms in production
Tracking and analyzing the performance of these systems in production
