The primary focus of the role will be to ensure best-in-class technical security consultancy to Vodafone across a wide range of IT, network & telecoms solutions and services. You need to be able to solve complex and multi-dimensional problems, adopting a risk-based approach for the end to end IOT service. You will be expected lead on the more complex issues, engage with senior stakeholders, mentor team members and provide Cyber thought leadership across the wider team.
Cybersecurity Senior Manager will provide consultancy, subject matter expertise and technical assurance for the IOT product portfolio with specific responsibility to ensure that Cyber governance, policies and standards are in place and effective. The role will require experience in technical security architectural best practice and the ability to identify technical controls improvements to positively uplift the security posture of IOT.
Deep understanding of the IT and Network systems development lifecycle is essential to enable close collaboration with architects, analysts and a host of third parties to assure the technical compliance of Vodafone’s platforms and solutions with internal policies, standards and Cyber Security control requirements.
We are looking for a Cyber Security Senior Manager for the carved-out IoT Business responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Yearly bonus: 20%
Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630
per month.
Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
Charity days: 5 days/year
Maternity leave: 52 weeks: the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
