About The Job

We are currently looking for a STOCK CONTROLLER our store in ISTINYE PARK. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms. You will manage delivery operations, prepare and replenish stock quickly and accurately, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize the client experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management and support store operations.

Job responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Ensure an efficient and logical organization of all storage areas (products and packaging).
  • Manage deliveries, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
  • Guarantee the availability of the right products in-store to improve efficiency and maximize the Client experience.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to enhance product availability.
  • Improve stock KPIs through specific actions in coordination with the store team and Head Office.
  • Set up a clear and consistent Stock Counting Calendar to ensure daily and accurate counts.
  • Prepare the shop floor with all necessary supplies to ensure a smooth selling process and support Client Advisors’ comfort.

Administration

  • Manage supplier contracts and ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring all areas and equipment are in proper working condition.
  • Handle general supplies: office materials, uniforms, kitchen items, etc.
  • Follow Internal Audit guidelines and maintain proper documentation for compliance.

Collaborative team player, working seamlessly with store teams and the Supply Chain. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset to optimize stock processes. Curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in business operations and efficiency. Organized, careful, and responsible. Committed, proactive, and adaptable to change in retail environments. Ability to work well in teams while maintaining a global view of the business. Basic tech proficiency, including daily use of computers, phones, and digital tools. At least 3 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment Fluent in English and Turkish
