Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile teams working on cutting-edge data and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that align with AT&T’s data strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create product roadmap and project plan.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum team meetings including Release and Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives.
  • Support in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog.
  • Remove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, and issues during Sprint execution.
  • Provide inputs and clarify business and technical requirements during project and release planning.
  • Utilize JIRA, Confluence wiki and Microsoft office tools for product management.
  • Lead the team in embracing Test-Driven Development and DevOps principles & practices for software development.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) for complex data projects.
  • Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting (burn-down charts, velocity tracking).
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and Agile coaching experience at the enterprise level.
  • Ability to influence leadership and drive Agile maturity assessments.

Technical Qualifications:

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a scaled Agile development team.
  • Experience in high-tech, software, or telecom industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate insights into impactful product initiatives.
  • Experience in software development with exposure to Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, PowerBI and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with large-scale data pipelines, AI/ML, and cloud computing in an Agile environment.

Shift timing (if any): 12.30 to 9.30 IST(Bangalore)/1:00-10:00 pm (Hyderabad)

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days mandatory in office)
