Position Summary: Ideal candidate will be responsible for independently conducting credit analysis and providing timely buy/sell/hold recommendations of corporate credits for the Investment Grade and High Yield portfolios. Will be responsible for preparing timely, written analyses on individual credits, sectors, or events. Monitor global macro-economic conditions, broad sector performance expectations, yield curve expectations, internal/external business conditions, and market technical. Provide in-depth knowledge on covered credits and maintain on-going dialogue with Investment Grade and High Yield portfolio managers on investment strategy in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
Responsibilities & Estimated % of Time
1. Act independently to target time in appropriate areas to assess and recommend investments for the fixed income portfolio, both new issuance and secondary issuance based upon market factors. Including quarterly earnings assessments as well as ongoing market changes. 50%
2. Ongoing report documentation as required of company earnings, industry changes, structured product issuance and/or country political and economic conditions. This may include presentations for other groups as needed. 25%
3. Review financial and market conditions for approval of commercial paper investments in accordance with internal guidelines. 10%
4. Prepare for quarterly reports, including problem loan meeting. 10%
5. Integrate sustainable investment strategy into credit research analysis. 5%
Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Prior Relevant Work Experience
7 to 10 Years Experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
