The Copilot Monetization Strategy & Planning Team defines long-term strategic plans, analyzes user behavior trends, and drives initiatives to increase AI monetization across Windows, Edge, Bing, and Microsoft 365. This is a high-impact role that requires analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This role will collaborate across marketing, product, and data teams to define success, set monetization growth priorities, and track execution. This role will further support the ideation of our unified consumer strategy across all lines of business by helping prepare materials for senior CMO leadership.
We are seeking a Business Planner, Copilot and Cross Strategy, to drive Copilot’s monetization strategy, shaping how we will monetize AI powered experiences across Microsoft’s consumer ecosystem, and help crystalize consumer strategy across all lines of business.

Business Planning IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
