Job Description

At Accenture you will provide daily IT support, resolve service requests and incidents related to IT assets. Also, you will follow standard operating procedures, work as a team player with a customer service mindset, and communicate confidently with all levels of the organization.

Basic Requirements

  • Up to 4 years similar professional experience;
  • Provide local technical support Level 1 and 2:
  • PC hardware and software support;
  • Local Network, Internet and client connectivity;
  • Printing & Audiovisual devices support;

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in English
  • Maturity to understand the extreme importance of Client Data Privacy requirements and Information Security processes
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN network connectivity
  • Ability to resolve PC hardware and software as well as audiovisual and printing related incidents
  • Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 support experience
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate user level
  • Ability to easily follow established technical operational support procedures

Nice to have experience with

  • Security concepts - Bitlocker, Microsoft Defender, Forcepoint, Global Protect, etc.
  • Supporting end user collaboration and knowledge management tools, SharePoint, teams, Videoconferencing, etc.
