金型の開発部門における、精密プレス金型の設計技術者としてご活躍して頂きます。ひとつのプロジェクト・仕事に製品開発の段階から工場での量産まで一気通貫に携わっていただきます。 韓国や上海をはじめ海外拠点のエンジニアと協働することや、技術交流する機会があります。海外への出張もあり、将来的には海外へ駐在頂く可能性もございます。

What You Will Do

• 3D CADを用いたBtoB/FPC/WtoBコネクタの金型設計・開発業務
• 先端コネクタ用金型の設計開発と、それに関わる組立・立ち上げに関連する業務
• 新製品開発における製品設計部門、製造部門、品質評価部門、サプライヤーとの打ち合わせ
• 金型コストダウン、リードタイム短縮に関わるプロセス開発
• 量産工場での不具合問題解決による金型生産性改善
• 市場調査及び新規技術の開拓

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 小型（40t以下）プレス順送金型の設計経験
• エレクトロニクス業界にて開発や機械設計等の経験がある方
• 言語スキル:
• 日本語： 母国語レベル、ビジネス上級レベル
• 英語： 日常会話レベル

What Will Put You Ahead

• 電子部品を対象とした精密金型設計・開発経験
• コネクタ製造に関する基礎知識
• 精密プレス/成形 金型設計・開発の経験者
