  • About the Role
  • The CIB Business Lead Business Consultant is an individual contributor role within Infra Structure Services to support Procedure writing & publications. Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, investment banking, equity and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe. In addition to adding value to business groups through a suite of services, the Infra Structure Services Teams is responsible for managing and facilitating the execution of the procedure writing & publications in support of the consistent and quality execution of the enterprise procedure Policy.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Execution Consultant will be expected to execute various activities including but not limited to the items outlined herein. We are seeking an experienced consultant with a deep understanding of Risk & Control.
  • Lead Business Execution Consultant will be involved in procedure writing & publications.
  • Participate in establishing documentation guidelines and procedure audits.
  • Review procedure changes with process owners to proactively identify required updates.
  • Maintain document repository and updates in appropriate systems.
  • Create, edit and format moderately complex to complex internal manuals, materials and other documentation related to procedures,
  • Publish procedures in accordance with standards.
  • Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input and suggestions based on observations.
  • Provide guidance to less experience staff.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mangers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Partner with subject matter professional to understand business needs as it relates to procedures.
  • Collaborate with audit team during internal and external audits to provide evidence and documentation.
  • Assist in improving processes, identify efficiencies and recommend automation opportunities, enhancements to improve response times and service level delivery.
  • Collaboration with multiple Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders including control process owner, business SMEs, infrastructure teams and technology partners across various locations.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
  • 4+ yrs exp into Collaborate with audit team during internal and external audits to provide access related evidence and documentation
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in Risk & Control, and procedure writing & publication.
  • Experience with Corporate investment banking function.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
  • Understanding of different market products like equity, Fixed Income, Rates, FX.
  • Understanding of front to back processes and attention to detail when performing daily activities and should be able to raise / escalate issues proactively to manage.
  • Experience interacting with Stake holders/leadership and building relationships.
  • Strong facilitation, time management, organizational and influencing skills
  • Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and result
