KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategy for Last Mile Activities and implement consistently across DPS platforms.
  • Ensure a complete, impactful Operating Model that delivers value and enables a customer-centric, performance-driven last-mile operations capability.
  • Develop performance management processes that provide a coordinated view of service, asset efficiency, and cash optimization.
  • Lead inventory and technology programs associated with traceability and digital improvements, collaborating with relevant functions.
  • Cultivate positive relationships across Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
  • Optimize cash management of inventory, minimizing E&O and SLOB.
  • Improve field audit processes in collaboration with Field Sales Teams to improve accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation results.
  • Partner with commercial teams to innovate business models and customer connectivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree required, preferably in life science, engineering, or physical science.
  • An advanced degree in Planning, Business, Statistics, or Engineering is preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Required:

  • A minimum of eight years of significant work experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills; ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry with a solid understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Experience in ERP/OTC system implementation and usage.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality and financial principles and practices.

Preferred:

  • APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, or Project Management certification.
  • Previous experience in developing performance metrics and improvement strategies.
  • Background in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

OTHER:

  • Travel requirement: Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
  • Certifications: APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, Project Management certification preferred.
  • Schedule: JNJ Flex Schedule - 3 days on, 2 days off.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$120,000- $207,500

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
