Job Summary:
Responsible for the handling of training and development for TSR under own responsibility.To ensure all new hired TSRs is licensed ontime and productivity is as target
Job responsibilities:
'- To ensure that all new hired are licensed on a timely manner with good passing rate
- New hired productivity is met target within 3 momths
- Work closely with Sales Team and HR – Telesales function to design and implement standard & new training courses/program or learning solutions for TSR to meet business requirements.
- Conduct sales clinic/ sales training to improve the performance of all existing TSRs
- Develop our digital learning platform along with transforming our people’s learning behaviors to be self-directed life-long learner
- To track trainee's attendance and work with HR to ensure accurate payroll with quality and in timely manner e.g. new TSR movement, Training Allowance and other fee.
- Co-ordinate with HR to implement activites e.g. Caring committee included Care & share for new comer.
- Coordinate with related function such as QC, Sales team, etc. when require
- Monitor performance of sales team to develop sell skills
- To support Training Manager as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,Business Administration, or related filed
- At least 2 years experienced in training for non-life/life insurance industry
