What You Will Be Doing

As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planning Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Support a team-based material organization.
  • Perform activities in support of Material movement, Chemical Management including aircraft fueling and Central Tool Store activities to the production shop floor in support of all programs.
  • Facilitate self-directed work teams in support of replenishment center operations as needed.
  • Interface with and support JSF Global Sustainment in support of shipping expedites to military bases and foreign partners.
  • Should be able to work overtime and multitask with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Will perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain &/or Inventory Management Experience.
  • Experience in inventory management of perishable tools, warehousing &/or material handling.
  • Experience with Processing (SAP) or (ERP/MRP) systems.
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment &/or Production Operations.

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP, CribMaster along with previous aeronautical experience.
  • Experience with managing Union Represented Workforce.
  • Prior supervisor experience desired.
  • MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 2+ years experience Processing (SAP).
  • 2+ years experience Production Operations Experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing Union Represented Workforce.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
