A Lead BSA in the context of Database Management is responsible for designing, and working with the Technical team to implement designed solution and monitor and ensure the proper maintenance of the databases that support reporting replicated databased and business processes. This role blends software development with database architecture and performance optimization.

The pay range for this role is $99,675.00 - $132,875.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
