The Senior Multimedia Designer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible executing across a variety of media, bringing the brand to life through visuals, storytelling, and motion. This role supports key marketing campaigns, internal events, and day-to-day brand communications. The Senior Multimedia Designer will work closely with the creative team and other cross-functional partners, producing polished work that strengthens the brand across touchpoints.

This position is part of the Global Marketing Communications and Brand Team located in Brea, CA and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.

You will be a part of the Brand & Creative Team and report to the Manager, Brand Design responsible for ensuring brand consistency across multiple touchpoints. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative role and want to work to build a world-class Brand & Creative organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design, conceptualize, and create assets for print, digital, motion, and events in line with brand standards
  • Contribute to creative direction for video production and assist with editing when needed. Produce a wide range of design assets including animated logos, infographics, video bumpers, banners, social media posts and more.
  • Support large-scale event branding projects (e.g., visuals for stages, backdrops, digital signage)
  • Develop creative toolkits for global/regional marketing teams to adapt and localize
  • Help maintain and evolve the brand system through new visual elements and guidelines

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary design role
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and brand storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in video editing tools (such as Premiere, After Effects, FinalCut Pro)
  • Experience in generating email campaigns and templates, social media graphics, and presentations, collateral that follow branding guidelines and direction

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proficiency in Figma or other UI tools a plus

The salary range for this role is $89,000 – $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
