About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

• Work within a new line of business, establish a robust training program for new staff and establish best practice protocols to ensure top tier client service delivery.
• Work closely with the Client Integration team and operations teams in the on-boarding of new clients
• Responsible for Client Relationship Management: maintain and enhance client relationship by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/product offering
• Work in partnership with the Executive Management team, facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients
• Liaise internally with key functional teams, located both onshore and offshore, to ensure awareness by all of key client requirements and overall operational effectiveness
• Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities
• Work in partnership with other Vice Presidents and other functional groups involved with providing administration to a multi asset portfolio to ensure the resolution of complex client issues
• Ensure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within the department
• Review departmental procedures and policies and supervise teams to ensure adherence to these procedures
• Lead and initiate client conference calls
• Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines; ensure delivery in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration
• Manage and oversee staffing requirements
• Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
• Actively manage operational risk – provide monthly KPI reporting and status reports to external clients and executive management team; review risk logs and support, coordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
• Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects

About You:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation.
• 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments
• 5-7 years’ experience managing staff
• In depth experience in Fund of Fund structures, preferably with exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments
• In depth understanding of the transaction and investment cycle of private equity funds
• Excellent grasp of Citco’s various technology platforms or the ability to learn quickly
• Experience in leading a large client on-boarding
• Experience working with and overseeing both onshore and offshore operational teams
