KTVI FOX 2 & KPLR 11 are the sources for local news, weather, and sports, and has an extensive portfolio of digital advertising options designed to drive measurable results for advertisers. We have an immediate opening for a detail-oriented, motivated, and personable Digital Sales Coordinator. This position reports directly to the Digital Sales Manager, and works in support of a large multi-media sales team to generate digital advertising revenue.
The ideal candidate is a digital-minded, exceptionally organized individual with a team-centric mentality and an innate desire to win. The primary duty of this position is to traffic all digital sales orders while monitoring and reporting results of each campaign from inception to completion. Once the order-trafficking and reconciliation process is firmly understood, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop digital advertising solutions and presentations for the AE’s, and may also attend occasional sales calls in support of the DSM and sales team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate digital traffic for KTVI FOX 2 & KPLR 11.
Coordinate creative for digital campaigns, acting as a liaison between clients, Account Executives, and Creative Services.
Develop unique tracking URLs as needed.
Compile regular performance reports for cross-platform digital media campaigns.
Develop & maintain strong product knowledge of KTVI FOX 2 & KPLR 11 and Agency Services products.
Maintain awareness of available digital advertising inventory.
Attend weekly sales meetings and occasional out-of-office sales calls.
Overall sales support for Account Executives and Digital Sales Team.
Qualification:
Ideal candidate is a digital native with a working knowledge of widely-used digital advertising platforms (social, Google, display, email, among others).
Knowledge of order entry programs (Google AdManager, Wide Orbit, and Matrix – preferred, not mandatory)
Google Adwords, Google Analytics certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint skills mandatory)
Excellent multi-tasking skills, in addition to superior communication and organizational skills.
Ability to produce quality work under strict deadlines.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, willing to seamlessly integrate into a competitive, winning sales team.
One to two years media coordination experience and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Desire to learn digital technology as it emerges
