Provides a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall Field IT incident & service request resolution.

The role also provides support & delivery of Enterprise and Business Unit projects and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or related.
  • +1 years of experience as IT field, IT support or related.
  • English is a Must.
  • Power BI and Power Apps (Desirable)
  • Hardware installation and support; PCs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices
  • Software support
  • End-point vulnerability remediation
  • Enterprise and BU project demand (planned & unplanned)
  • Tech Hut services
  • PC Lifecycle Management incl, Asset mgmt. tasks
  • Local infrastructure service support (Server, network and VOIP)
  • On-site Smart Hands (support and liaison with 3rd party & internal JCI Support teams)
  • Local Mobile Administration
  • IT procurement
  • Access management (network share)
  • Local IT security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)
  • Assist compliance teams with audit tasks
  • Satellite office support (including travel)
  • Vendor management
  • Delivers Field IT Services in accordance with SLT’s using JCI Service Management toolset
  • Proactive customer communication and focus
