Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience in product management with consumer or growth organization.
  • 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Knowledge of building accessibility best practices, and incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design products that bring users back to Google Search. Set product strategy and develop a strong point of view in partnership with Product Management and cross-functional leads.
  • Partner with Data Science, UX, and other teams to scale the impact of your products.
  • Define and become an expert on Critical User Journeys for users that interact with our products.
  • Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and strategy papers as needed to set direction, create alignment, and develop product design.
