As a Sr. Program Risk Manager, you will support the program management teams within a broad range of responsibilities. The Risk Manager is responsible for collaborating, communicating, and working cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and other support functions, building and maintaining strong relationships, to effectively manage and sustain the risk and opportunity posture of multiple programs within the business area.
You will lead risk and opportunity management efforts from a cross-functional perspective, including but not limited to: defining processes for program execution, establishing and executing process cadences, lead internal and external program management reviews, engage with external stakeholders to integrate and communicate business positions, and provide leadership awareness of current state of the program. From a business perspective, you will be the focal for process and tool enhancements relative to risk and opportunity management. Within this role, you'll report to the Sr. Director of Integrated Program Management.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, highly driven, and solution-focused individual with a comprehensive understanding of the risk management process, capable of working effectively with internal and external partners at all levels.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Using information measurement and data aggregation, the Risk Manager acts as an intermediary with program teams to provide essential risk management data and solutions, enabling key risk identification, facilitating data reporting, and identifying potential opportunities for financial savings or business risk mitigation.
The Risk Manager plays a crucial role in supporting SNC’s risk management process by leading risk management efforts for multiple programs within the organization. This includes conducting detailed risk interviews and serving as the intermediary between subject matter experts and the tools and processes used for executing risk management. The risk manager is the primary interface to external program counterparts and leads both internal and external joint reviews of the program’s overall risk position. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and integrating schedule risk analysis and risk integration processes into Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
