Position Summary...

We are looking for a Senior Manager Program Management who will be responsible for the driving programs for the Walmart+ organization. This role will implement go to market business strategies by developing plans, milestones, success metrics to ensure launch execution is on time. Will work on large cross-functional projects by collaborating with cross-functional project teams and leadership. Communication on programs with all your stakeholders both business and cross-functional will be critical to success.

What you'll do...

  • Support coordination of multiple projects across the Membership team, often balancing multiple projects, teams, and topics.
  • Drives informed decision making for large cross-functional projects by collaborating with cross-functional project teams and leadership to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project or program
  • Identifying potential risks of programs or projects and developing strategies to mitigate those risks
  • Prioritizing and ensuring resolution of critical issues
  • Overseeing the creation of communication plans; and educating sponsors, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Creating and coordaining large presentations and projects across the organization is a large part of program management for this role.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
