Supervisor, Sr. Team Leader, 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)
Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production personnel, managing workflow, and ensuring the effective utilization of equipment, materials, and labor resources in the Medical Device manufacturing areas.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Experience, Education, Training, Traits:
Language and Verbal Skills
The ability to communicate proficiently in English verbally and in writing is required as well as being able to understand and follow work instructions in writing or when conveyed verbally.
Math Skills
Basic math skills, plus ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Analytical and Reading Skills
Ability to read, interpret and follow company procedures, work instructions and engineering drawings and sketches. Ability to identify problems and deviations from prescribed specifications and requirements.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform light material handling tasks involving lifting weights of up to 35 pounds for short durations. Duties also may involve keyboard data entry.
Work Environment
Most work will be performed in a light-manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $71K to $105K per year.
